No-Show Policy

If you have a scheduled reservation for any service at Salon 5:21 and cannot make it, please  call to let us know within 1 business day prior to your appointment. If you no show your appointment, you will be charged for 50% of the booked services at the end of that business day. The services will be based off the standard price of the services scheduled. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. All credit cards used through our software will be encrypted and saved within our system. Thank you for your understanding.
