Meet Our Team of Professionals

OWNER/LEVEL 4 STYLIST 

Bethy opened Salon 521 in February of 2015. Her main objective is to always have a welcoming environment where clients and stylists alike feel right at home. She had been a hairstylist for about 25 years, and thoroughly enjoys teaching her associates by allowing them to be hands on with her. Her time away from the salon is lovingly spent with her family.

LEVEL 5 STYLIST/MANAGER

Sara has been in the salon industry since Jan. 2018. She is the salon manager as well as a Dream Catchers Extension specialist. Sara enjoys creating natural looking color and highlights and completing the service with a fabulous haircut and blow dry style! Sara is a Mooresville native. When she's not creating amazing hair styles she is out adventuring with her husband and children, James and Elizabeth.

Emily is a very goal oriented and motivated person. She loves music and you might catch her humming or dancing to the music we have playing. Emily is also a very bright and bubbly soul who can't wait to meet you and make you feel beautiful! Emily states, "Being a hairstylist is my creative outlet and I can really express myself with all the amazing styles!" She encourages you to come in and feel like you are at home with family, because she sure does when she comes in!

LEVEL 3 STYLIST

Ashley is from Los Angeles and started her hair career in 2009 in Beverly Hills. Her specialty is color, but she‘s really here for the people. Ashley loves connecting with clients and being a day maker for the clients in her chair and the salon.

LEVEL 3 STYLIST 

Kristine has a passion for bringing out the inner and outer beauty in others and enjoys helping clients express themselves through their haircuts, colors, and styles. “Doing hair means I get to spend time with people, talking to them, caring for them, and showing them how beautiful they really are!” Kristine is so thankful to have found a Salon that genuinely cares about people the same way that she does. Her free time is spent with loved ones and outside, enjoying God’s marvelous creation!

LEVEL 2 STYLIST 

Reagan graduated from the Pinnacle Institute of Cosmetology in 2022 and started here right after. She was born and raised in Mooresville. She loves to spend time with friends and family when she’s not behind the chair. She is so excited to make you feel gorgeous!

LEVEL 1 STYLIST

Nancy is a native to North Carolina. She graduated Pinnacle Institute of cosmetology in 2018 and has and is happy to join us at Salon5:21. She can’t wait to have you in her chair!

ASSOCIATE STYLIST

Samantha graduate from Pinnacle institute of Cosmetology in June of 2024. She has been working here since October of 2023. She loves to make people happy which is why she loves doing hair! When she’s not at the salon she enjoys, hangout with her friends and family, and laying out by the pool with a book! She can’t wait to see you!

Lydia is currently enrolled at Mitchell community college and scheduled to graduate in 2025. She was born and raised in Mooresville. In her free time she likes to spend time with her friends and family.
