Meet Our Team of Professionals

OWNER/LEVEL 4 STYLIST 

Bethy opened Salon 521 in February of 2015. Her main objective is to always have a welcoming environment where clients and stylists alike feel right at home. She has been a hairstylist for about 25 years, and thoroughly enjoys teaching her associates by allowing them to be hands on with her. Her time away from the salon is lovingly spent with her family.

LEVEL 5 STYLIST/GENERAL MANAGER

Sara has been in the salon industry since Jan. 2018. She is the salon manager as well as a Dream Catchers Extension specialist. Sara enjoys creating natural looking color and highlights and completing the service with a fabulous haircut and blow dry style! Sara is a Mooresville native. When she's not creating amazing hair styles she is out adventuring with her husband and children, James and Elizabeth.

Emily is a very goal oriented and motivated person. She loves music and you might catch her humming or dancing to the music we have playing. Emily is also a very bright and bubbly soul who can't wait to meet you and make you feel beautiful! Emily states, "Being a hairstylist is my creative outlet and I can really express myself with all the amazing styles!" She encourages you to come in and feel like you are at home with family, because she sure does when she comes in!

LEVEL 3 STYLIST

Ashley is from Los Angeles and started her hair career in 2009 in Beverly Hills. Her specialty is color, but she‘s really here for the people. Ashley loves connecting with clients and being a day maker for the clients in her chair and the salon.

LEVEL 3 STYLIST 

Reagan graduated from the Pinnacle Institute of Cosmetology in 2022 and started here right after. She was born and raised in Mooresville. She loves to spend time with friends and family when she’s not behind the chair. She is so excited to make you feel gorgeous!

LEVEL 2 STYLIST/ASSISTANT MANAGER

Samantha graduated from Pinnacle Institute of Cosmetology in June of 2024. She has been working at Salon 5:21 since October of 2023. She loves to make people happy which is why she loves doing hair! When she’s not at the salon, she enjoys hanging out with her friends and family, and laying out by the pool with a book! She can’t wait to see you!

LEVEL 1 STYLIST

Kailey graduated from Pinnacle Institute of Cosmetology in June of 2024.  She chose to be a hairstylist because she loves to make people feel beautiful and feel like the best version of themself! When she’s not at the salon, she enjoys reading and spending time with her animals. She’s a country girl at heart, and loves being outdoors.

LEVEL 1 STYLIST

Ally graduated from Pinnacle Institute of Cosmetology in January of 2025. She chose to become a stylist because that’s what she wanted to be when she was little! She was born and raised in Mooresville. Outside of the salon she loves to read, spend time with family and being outside. She can’t wait to see you in the salon! 

ASSOCIATE STYLIST 

Maria graduated from Pinnacle Institute of Cosmetology in January 2025. She is training as an associate to further her education! Her favorite things are making jewelry, singing, and thrift shopping. She loves coffee shop dates and to spend time with her family and animals! She has always had an interest in beautiful and healthy hair! She can’t wait to have you in her chair.  

FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE

Nevaeh is currently enrolled at Pinnacle Institute of Cosmetology and is scheduled to graduate this December. She can’t wait to begin growing her career with Salon 5:21. Nevaeh has always loved building connections and being involved in her community, which is why she’s excited to be behind the chair. Outside of the salon, she enjoys volunteering with HATS and spending time with her friends and family.

FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE

Brooke enjoys being part of the salon environment and welcoming clients as soon as they walk in. She loves all things hair and makeup and plans to attend esthetics school to further her career in the beauty industry. Outside of work, she loves shopping, swimming, and spending time with her friends and family. She can’t wait to greet you at the salon!
