Rescheduling, Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We make every effort to maintain time commitments and we request that you extend the same courtesy to us. We understand that special circumstances can arise which may cause you to run a few minutes behind, but if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule in order to provide prompt service to our next guest and to ensure the quality of your experience. And being that these appointment times are reserved specifically for you, a rescheduling deposit will be required.
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required or a rescheduling deposit will be required. Please understand that when you forget, cancel or reschedule an appointment without giving enough notice, the guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to fill the appointment. We know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks ago, so as a courtesy, we confirm your appointment 24hours in advance. However, if we are unable to reach you, it is ultimately your responsibility to remember your appointment time and date, and to arrive on time.
